Outpatient Neurologist General Neurology

Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for an Outpatient Neurologist to join a busy and collaborative neurology practice. This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient neurological care with the flexibility to develop subspecialty interests. Physicians will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including neuro-intervention, stroke, and neurosurgery specialists, while benefiting from a strong referral network and modern clinical facilities. Inpatient responsibilities are minimal, supported by a dedicated tele-neurohospitalist team.
Shift / Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday Friday schedule
- Shared outpatient call coverage
- No inpatient call (covered by tele-neurohospitalists)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions, including movement disorders, headaches, epilepsy, stroke, cognitive disorders, neuromuscular conditions, and sleep disorders
- Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care
- Perform and interpret diagnostic studies such as EEG and EMG
- Develop and grow a general neurology practice with optional subspecialty focus
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including stroke, neuro-intervention, and neurosurgery specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EMR systems
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in shared outpatient call coverage
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Interest in outpatient neurology with potential subspecialty development
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
