Skillfully and accurately triages cancer patient phone calls.

MANDATORY LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
CPR
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Registered Nurse (RN)
ADDITIONAL LICENSURE/CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: RN, OCN certified or certified within 18 months of date of hire. ONS Biotherapy & Chemotherapy Certified within 30 days of hire.
ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory Annual Education: Confidentiality and HIPAA Corporate Compliance Fall Prevention PPD Campaign Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Safety & Security Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering chemotherapy and providing care coordination and education to cancer patients in an outpatient setting
