Job Overview-Occupational Therapist:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities.
- Evaluate patients' physical and age-related needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Use professional judgment to help patients achieve maximum independence according to their functional level and potential.
- Conduct patient/client evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams through professional consultations to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Comply with applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- This is a 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) position working days.
- Eligible candidates receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and payment conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
- Occasional specialized occupational therapy training may be required to meet departmental needs.
- Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist License at hire.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) certification at hire.
