RAMC Outpatient Pharmacy Pharmacist provides services for discharge and ambulatory patients.Providing Medication Therapy Management Services, immunizations, precepting of pharmacy students,patient counseling and education, support for our 340B program, and providing leadership for all pharmacystaff.
Education and Training Required:Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree.Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency training program is preferred.Working knowledge of clinic-based operations (vaccinations, medication sampling, supply requirements,etc.) preferred.Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin.BLS certified.
Experience:One year of clinical patient care.Three (3) years of retail, institutional, community hospital, or an ASHP-accredited residency trainingprogram is preferred.

Physical Requirements:Frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, manual/fine dexterity, grasping, and hearing-closedistance.Occasional bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling and squatting.Occasional ability to lift/carry or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
