Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant
Position overview
Provide individualized outpatient care in a clinically focused practice with approximately 40-minute appointments and about 12 patient visits per day. New graduates are welcome and receive a structured six-month mentorship program with a reduced caseload and an assigned mentor.
Qualifications
Texas PTA licensure or eligibility is required. New graduates are welcome. The team values warmth, strong communication, humility, coachability, and patient-focused care.
