Job Description
A hospital in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a Program Director of Rehabilitation for an executive-level leadership position. This is an on-site role requiring in-person reporting to the facility location. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The Program Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall leadership and administration of the rehabilitation program. This individual oversees operational, clinical, and administrative functions within the rehab department, drawing on a background in a clinical discipline combined with demonstrated experience in rehabilitation leadership or administration.
What we're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., RN, PT, OT, SLP, or SW) or healthcare management required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or administration
- Valid clinical license as applicable by state
Compensation. $103,000 - $105,000 per year
