Position Overview

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on treatment and support patient rehabilitation in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the PT
• Educate patients on exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support a positive and efficient clinical workflow

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Team-oriented with a focus on patient care
