We are actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (FP/IM) to support a growing outpatient practice.
- Board Certification Required (FM or IM)
- Must hold BLS (American Heart Association)
- DEA required (fee paid; schedules 2–5 accepted)
Where You’ll Practice: Phoenix, AZ – vibrant metro area with year-round sunshine and access to outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural amenities.

Position Details
Assignment
- Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
- Duration: 3 months (option to extend)
- Reason for Need: Staff shortage
Schedule
- Option 1: 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) with 1-hour lunch
- Option 2: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) with 1 weekday off
Call
Practice Setting
- Setting: 100% Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day (average)
- Patient Population: Adult-only
Clinical Scope
- Standard outpatient primary care
- Chronic disease management
- Minimal GYN: Paps and symptom-based pelvic exams only
Support & Resources
- Collaborative team including:
- Physicians
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Registered Nurses
- Specialty Physician support
- No procedures required
- No suturing required
Systems & Requirements
- EMR: RPMS
- Credentialing: ~8–10 weeks
- Licensure: Any active U.S. state license accepted
