ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults aged 60+ in Surprise, AZ.
Job Highlights:
- Outpatient position Only
- Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm, NO WEEKENDS
- Adult Patient Panel Only (those aged 60 years and older)
- Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
- Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient

Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
