Lake Regional Health System is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our expanding practice. This opportunity offers all outpatient care with no call and no weekends, allowing you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle while working in a supportive environment with skilled staff.
Position Highlights:
- Employed opportunity with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital
- Outpatient-only practice (Monday - Friday, with flexible 4 day work week, no weekends, no call!)
- No call, no weekends
- EMR system: Meditech Expanse
Compensation & Benefits:
- $280K guaranteed salary + $30K incentive compensation + wRVU Production
- Production & NP/PA oversight bonuses (if applicable)
- $50K sign-on bonus
- Up to $150K in student loan assistance
- Meditech Expanse
- CME allowance
Relocation Assistance:
- Up to $10,000 reimbursement
