Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation's top 20 health systems, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Paducah, Kentucky.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside experienced Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

Position Highlights

Primarily outpatient psychiatry with the option to participate in inpatient coverage for additional compensation if desired
Flexible scheduling designed to promote work-life balance
Multiple remote work/telepsychiatry options available
Average daily patient volume of 12-14 adult patients
Modern outpatient clinic conveniently connected to the hospital
Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit with 21 adult beds
Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record
Standard clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care
