Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve better mental health and wellness? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our supportive and collaborative team in a flexible part-time role.

This opportunity includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing comprehensive psychiatric care across all stages of life in a welcoming outpatient setting.

Position Overview

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

️ Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
️ Diagnose and manage a wide range of mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more
️ Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy recommendations
️ Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, schools, families, and other healthcare professionals
️ Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed
️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Georgia state regulations
️ Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations
️ Stay current on the latest developments in psychiatric care and treatment approaches

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Psychiatry
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Georgia medical license 
DEA license for Georgia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan

Preferred Experience

️ Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or integrated care settings
️ Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
️ Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) are encouraged to apply

Schedule

Flexible Part-Time Hours (15–22 hours/week)
Afternoon/evening availability a must!
Optional weekend hours available based on patient demand
