    Outpatient Pulmonary Physician

    Salary: $325,000 + Benefits

    Location: Annapolis, Maryland

    Headcount: 3

    Visa Sponsorship: Open to J-1 but not H1-B

    The Opportunity

    Are you a mission-driven Pulmonologist looking to trade the high-stress demands of the ICU for a dedicated, tech-forward outpatient environment?

    Our client is a pioneering healthcare organization dedicated to redefining patient care through innovation and empathy. They are seeking an early-to-mid career Outpatient Pulmonary Physician to join their team in beautiful Annapolis, MD. This role is designed for a physician who thrives on building long-term patient relationships and is excited about integrating modern technology into clinical practice.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide high-quality outpatient pulmonary care and diagnostic services.

    • Supervise and mentor two or more mid-level healthcare providers (NPs/PAs).

    • Collaborate with a tech-enabled care team to streamline patient outcomes.

    • Maintain a focus on preventative care and chronic condition management without the burden of critical care rotations.

    Requirements

    • Education: M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Pulmonology.

    • Experience: 2–20 years of post-residency experience.

    • Clinical Focus: A genuine passion for outpatient care; must be comfortable with a 100% non-critical care scope of practice.

    • Licensure: Active license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact). Licenses in GA, AZ, or SC are a significant plus.

    • Skills: Strong communication skills and a desire to lead a clinical team.

    • Preferred: Sleep Medicine certification is highly desirable.
