The WIN clinic provides primary care services to anyone over the age of 18. The clinic provides comprehensive medical services ranging from physicals to treating illness and injuries such as colds and flu; infections; diabetes; high blood pressure; and health screenings. The Outpatient Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day functioning of program operations across one or more designated sites. This includes supervising staff schedules, monitoring facility safety and readiness, coordinating logistical and administrative processes, and supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality services to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and ensure staff adherence to established procedures, including client supervision, documentation, and scheduling protocols.
Conduct regular walkthroughs of facilities to identify and address maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering, stocking, and distribution as needed.
Support the coordination of transportation, meals, and other logistics tied to client care or daily program functions.
Assist with orienting new employees to operational protocols and site-specific procedures.
