Outpatient Therapist – Hybrid Job Overview: Lindner Center of Hope is a nationally renowned psychiatric center of excellence located in Mason, Ohio, committed to providing state of the art care to patients at all levels of care. We continue to expand our services and are looking for multiple Telehealth Outpatient Therapists to join our team. Our Telehealth Outpatient Therapist team is comprised of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW), and Independent Marriage & Family Therapists (IMFT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with other very talented psychiatrists and health care professionals in a variety of psychiatric specialties. We have the largest medical staff of any freestanding psychiatric hospital, allowing you to have access to many professional resources. LCOH is part of the UC Health network and also has affiliations with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Mayo Clinic. The Outpatient Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, and provide individual, group and/or family therapy via Telehealth. The Outpatient Therapist will work with Lindner Center of HOPE psychologists, advanced practice nurses and psychiatrists to meet the needs of patients and their families. While the majority of patient care will be conducted via Telehealth, this position will be required to report on site for patient care and other business needs. This role will begin as primarily telehealth and once the construction of our new outpatient building is complete, three days of in-person work will be required. Essential Functions:

All candidates extended conditional offer of employment will be subject to a WebCheck (BCI & FBI Fingerprinting).
