Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time – Adults & Adolescents)

Location: High Focus Centers
Schedule: Approximately 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 2–3 evenings per week
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials

High Focus Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. We provide outpatient treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, serving both adolescents and adults. Position Overview

The Part-Time Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adolescent and adult clients in an outpatient setting. This position will also conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs), develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while working closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adolescent and adult clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the outpatient program.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and document clinical findings.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to support coordinated care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing with a clinical specialty in human services, or a related field, including completion of a clinical internship.
• Licensure:Active, independent clinical license required. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT accepted.
• Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach to care.
