The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for supporting community outreach and relationship building initiatives to promote community services, strengthen referral partnerships, and support occupancy goals. This role collaborates with community leadership and the sales team to maintain a positive presence in the market while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Highlights of the Out Reach Coordinator Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of experience in outreach, marketing, sales support, customer service, or a related role preferred.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and business partners.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach activities, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or service-oriented industries preferred, but not required.
