• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic community, healthcare, and workforce development partnerships
• Lead outreach initiatives that expand access to dental assistant training for underrepresented communities
• Develop and implement programs from concept through evaluation
• Represent Houston PDAS in professional forums, community coalitions, and advocacy spaces
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the organization's strategic growth direction

The Outreach and Program Director is a senior-level role responsible for building strategic partnerships, expanding community engagement, supporting educational program development, and contributing to the organization's long-term growth strategy. This individual operates at the intersection of community relations, organizational development, and programmatic leadership- serving as a bridge between the school's educational mission and the broader healthcare and workforce development ecosystem.The Outreach and Program Director is the organization's external face and strategic relationship builder.
