Kohan International Foundation Counseling Center / Behavioral Health Services / A none-profit agency Part-Time – Approx. 10 hours/week
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Outreach & Referral Coordinator to expand our community presence and increase client referrals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven outreach initiatives, building strong partnerships, and representing our organization within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Clincis, schools, and community organizations
Build and manage referral pipelines to support client enrollment and program growth
Represent the organization at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
Conduct regular outreach (calls, visits, presentations) to referral sources
Educate partners on available behavioral health services (including Medi-Cal and commercial plans)
Collaborate with internal leadership on marketing and growth strategies
Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement outcome
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, business development, or sales (behavioral health preferred)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
