Waldorf University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Outreach Representative to serve the Des Moines, Iowa metro area. This position is designed to strengthen Waldorf’s presence in central Iowa by building and maintaining relationships that lead to increased enrollment in both residential and online academic programs. The Outreach Representative will act as a key liaison to community colleges, develop and foster corporate partnerships, and identify prospective students through strategic relationship-building. This role involves regular travel within the region to engage with partners, promote Waldorf’s academic offerings, and generate new enrollments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service, while supporting the University's mission and enrollment goals.
