Outreach Event & Field Representative

Full-Time | $20/Hour + Uncapped Performance Bonuses + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Outreach Team, representing one of Massachusetts’ most established names in residential energy efficiency and home solutions.

This isn’t traditional door knocking where you’re trying to convince homeowners to trust a company they’ve never heard of.

Our team has established credibility throughout Massachusetts through our work in the Mass Save® energy efficiency program, helping homeowners understand opportunities to make their homes more comfortable and energy efficient.

That reputation gives our Outreach Team something extremely valuable when starting conversations with homeowners: trust and credibility.

When you’re at the door, at an event, or speaking with a homeowner in the community, you’re backed by a brand with thousands of customers and a strong reputation in the Massachusetts energy-efficiency market.

What You’ll Do

As an Outreach Event & Field Representative, you’ll connect with homeowners through:

• Door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Community and promotional events
• Retail locations
• Local outreach initiatives

Your primary goal is to educate homeowners and generate qualified appointments for two areas of our business:

Home Solutions — Identifying homeowners who may benefit from additional home improvement solutions, including windows, entry doors, bath and shower remodeling, solar, and other eligible services.

This is an appointment-generation position — you are not responsible for closing the sale in the home.

• $20/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance-based compensation

Paid Training & 60-Day Ramp

We don’t expect you to walk in on day one knowing our programs or how to be successful in the field.

For your first two weeks, you’ll receive paid training at the equivalent of a $50,000 annualized salary.

You’ll learn:

• Our Home Energy Audit program
• Mass Save® program fundamentals
• Home Solutions offerings
• How to effectively approach homeowners
• Door-to-door communication
• Event and retail outreach
• Appointment setting
• Objection handling
• Technology and systems
• Customer experience standards

Following training, you’ll transition to $20/hour plus performance-based compensation.

Your first 60 days are considered a development and ramp period. You’ll receive coaching and field support while progressively working toward established production standards.

Previous experience in canvassing, event marketing, appointment setting, home improvement, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful, but not required.
