Outside General Laborer – Seasonal Event Operations

Location: Essex Junction, Vermont

Season: Now through Late October/Early November.

*Must be able to work through October

Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8am–8pm; overtime available; weekends required

About the Role

Join a fast-moving event operations team that brings weddings, festivals, and special events to life across Vermont and nearby regions. This is an active, outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and being part of a crew that makes memorable events happen.

You’ll work hands-on with tents, tables, staging, décor, and other rental equipment—setting it up, breaking it down, and ensuring it’s transported safely and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Install, secure, and dismantle event rental equipment
• Deliver and pick up equipment at event sites
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Clean, maintain, and organize equipment and warehouse space
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and event partners
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on varied terrain
