Job Description: Outside Group Sales Representative Position Overview: The Outside Group Sales Representative will be responsible for generating & booking group sales for Victory Casino Cruises. This role involves identifying and securing group leads such as —birthday parties, social organizations, anniversaries, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, holiday celebrations, and retirement community outings, among others—to enjoy a day or night of gaming and food and drinks aboard our 5-6 hour cruises on the Atlantic Ocean. The role requires strong sales and customer relationship management skills, as well as experience with group bookings and contract negotiations. This is an outside sales position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up o Pursue self-generated group sales leads o Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. o Tailor packages to meet client needs and enhance the group's experience 2. Sales Strategy and Execution o Develop and execute group sales strategies aimed at various markets, such as social organizations, corporate events, retirement communities, etc. o Present and sell tailored group packages, including gaming, dining, and transportation options o Coordinate transportation options as needed, ensuring seamless service from booking through boarding 3. Contract Management and Negotiation o Oversee contract negotiations for group sales, ensuring favorable terms for the company and clarity for clients o Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations o Maintain accurate records of all bookings, contracts, and client communications 4. Collaboration and Coordination o Coordinate with onboard teams to ensure smooth and enjoyable group experiences, including any special requests o Work closely with the internal team on manifest counts and any changes that occur o Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve group packages and sales strategies 5. Retention and Client Relationship Management o Develop and implement customer retention strategies to encourage repeat bookings and referrals o Maintain regular communication with clients before and after bookings to foster long- term relationships 6.
