Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business through prospecting, cold calling, and daily outside sales appointments within Long Island, NYC, and Westchester territory
Manage customer accounts by coordinating quotations, pricing, delivery, technical support, and product updates
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions across power distribution, industrial controls, PLCs, pumps, and mechanical systems
Deliver sales presentations, execute account plans, and attend trade shows to drive revenue growth
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of sales success with technical knowledge in industrial controls, PLCs, automation, motors, pumps, or related fields
At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to business development
Valid driver"s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) sales environments
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $65,000-$95,000 + commission. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, cell phone, and laptop.
