You should also have a positive attitude with a love to problem solve.Job DescriptionResponsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assignedSchedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program"Render assistance to management on specific maintenance projectsAssist in the monitoring of all work being performed by outside contractorsComplete ground works as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas to help maintain great curb appeal.
