We are seeking experienced Outside Loan Officers / BPL Producers with an established network of real estate investors and a proven track record in Business Purpose Lending (BPL). The ideal candidate will have strong DSCR lending, direct-to-consumer origination, business development, and loan closing experience, along with an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Originate Business Purpose Lending (BPL) loans for real estate investors.
Develop, manage, and grow an existing book of business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors and broker partners.
Structure investment-property financing solutions based on client needs.
Drive loan originations across investment-focused lending products.
Prospect for new business through outbound calls and relationship development.
Manage leads from initial contact through loan closing.
Develop new investor relationships while retaining existing clients.
Consistently meet or exceed production and closing targets.
Partner with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate a smooth loan process.
Utilize technology and available leads to maximize deal flow and production.
Required Qualifications
Business Purpose Lending (BPL) experience required.
