EHC is seeking an OutsideSales/Account Managers for worldwide market leader for reciprocating compressor systems and the only manufacturer and service provider that covers a full range of reciprocating compressor technologies and services. 
 
Direct Hire opportunity for territories surrounding the Midwest.
Candidates need to reside in the Illinois/Indiana area.
 
The Sales/Account Manager is responsible for effectively promoting, quoting and securing new equipment opportunities in addition to building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Penetrate new equipment market, evaluate new potential customers, increase brand and product awareness, and create market awareness in the Hydrogen Fueling Space.
  • Manage & develop assigned customer relationships and accounts. Discuss upcoming projects and equipment requirements.
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities.
  • Screen customer terms and conditions and negotiate favorable agreements and contracts with customers.
  • Document and follow global sales procedures and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes to verify compliance of customer purchase orders.
  • Secure new orders in line with forecast expectations.
  • Utilizing CRM, provide up to date information on order timing, competition, visit reports and project feedback.
  • Ensure documents, proposals and commercial files, data banks and electronic files are properly organized, adequately stored and up to date.
  • Generate budget proposals in line with customer requests.
  • Compile project relevant documentation lists for all new projects, ensure documents and specifications are in order and up to date, and are all made available to project management and engineering.
  • Plan and control sales and marketing activities; arrange for exchange rate protection, and ensure complete and on time reporting.
  • Continuously gather information concerning market conditions, requirements and customer needs.
  • Inform the supervisor and/or management of any deficiency or noncompliance with company policy or procedure within or outside the area of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • ‎Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in the field of Engineering
  • 5-10 years of industry related experience. Preference for experience with Hydrogen end users, EPCs and or equipment suppliers. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience.
  • Experience working in short cycle business structure.
  • Previous sales experience within hydrogen / oil and gas industry preferred
