Position: Outside Sales / Appointment Setters
Pay:
- $300/week base pay
- PLUS commission per appointment set
- PLUS percentage on closed sales
- Uncapped earning potential

If you’ve worked in solar, roofing, pest control, windows, alarms, or home services, this will feel VERY familiar — and the industry is BOOMING.

- Canvass neighborhoods (no cold calling phones).
- Set qualified appointments for homeowners.
- Educate homeowners on flood protection options.
- Work directly with our sales team.
