Compensation: base hourly pay + (uncapped) commission

Home Fire Stove & Grill City is a local retailer of fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and grills serving the Willamette Valley for over 40 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain relationships 
• Follow the company sales process
• Generate new business through cold calling
• Track all activity in the CRM
• Prepare estimates and manage leads
• Meet & exceed individual/company sales goals

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Basic computer skills & CRM experience
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
