Compensation: Base salary $65,000+ plus commission
We are a well-established electrical supply company with many years in business, known for strong relationships and quality service. Were looking for an Outside Sales Representative to build and grow relationships with electrical and construction contractors.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction world, enjoys being in the field, and has the personality and communication skills to build long-term customer relationships. Formal sales experience is helpful but not required construction or trade-related experience is a big plus.
Build and maintain relationships with electrical and construction contractors
Visit job sites, contractor offices, and customer locations
Promote and sell electrical supplies and related products
Develop new business while maintaining recurring customers
Follow up on quotes, pricing, and orders with the inside sales team
Act as a trusted point of contact to keep customers satisfied and loyal
Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing accounts
Experience in construction, electrical, or building trades preferred
Sales experience a plus, not required
Strong communication skills with a confident, personable personality
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Organized, reliable, and relationship-driven
Valid drivers license
Base salary of $60,000+ plus commission
