Outside Sales - Commercial Estimator
Reads and understands blueprints, the project scope of work and all contract documents associated with New and Re-Roofing Commercial projects / jobs, low slope and steep slope.
Sources and compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
Builds relationships with General Contractors and vendors by ensuring excellent customer service and fostering communication opportunities.
Travels throughout assigned territories to call on and solicit to regular and prospective customers. Bilingual a plus but not a requirement.
