Perfection Fence is seeking a motivated Design & Outdoor Living Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Marshfield, MA.

This is a consultative sales role focused on premium fencing, pergolas, railings, architectural metalwork, and outdoor living products. You'll meet with homeowners at qualified appointments, help them design the right solution for their property, prepare proposals, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to project completion.

In addition to company-provided leads, you'll have the opportunity to grow your own book of business by building relationships with builders, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled consultations
• Understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales
• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process
• Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service
• Develop relationships with builders, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and other industry professionals
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities within your territory
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
• Work closely with project and office teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous sales, outside sales, business development, or consultative sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Confidence asking for the sale and closing business
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Experience in home improvement, construction, fencing, landscaping, building materials, architectural products, or residential sales is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
