Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team supporting the Utah and southern Idaho territories. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive drive, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. Success in this role requires innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Sales • Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products. • Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts. • Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM Salesforce. • Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue.
Business Development • Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI. • Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts. • Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling. • Generate new business leads through various channels LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc. • Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree in business or engineering preferred. • 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably in industrial automation or related fields. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others. • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation. • Proficient with general computer applications.
Position Details • Location: Murray, UT office. • Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility within core working hours. • Infrequent travel required. • Mileage for customer visits reimbursed through monthly expense reports. • Competitive salary with total compensation ranging from $85,000 to $200,000 annually. • Benefits include LTD and Life insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and 401k with employer match.
Compensation This is a full-time position offering a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses paid quarterly.
