The ideal candidates need to have outgoing personalities, exceptional customer service and great negotiation skills to close deals.  We strive to build our team with ambitious achievers who are always hungry to learn new skills, thrive in competitive environments and take pride in their work.  This is a 1099 position that offers flexibility, unlimited income and a strong team environment without weekly meetings!

Responsibilities 

• Prompt response to all customer inquiries
• Carrying ladders, climbing roofs, identifying storm damage and being present for insurance adjustments
• Communicate effectively and display professional mannerism
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions 
• Door to door engagement with local residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in outside roofing sales or other door to door sales trade
• Manage time effectively, have strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
• Have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle capable of transporting a ladder
• Maintain a positive attitude, ability to be persistent and punctual
