About the Role

Local Leads Leader, LLC is an NTV360 franchise delivering indoor digital out-of-home (DOOH) billboard advertising and digital marketing services (PPC, SEO, Social, CTV, Geofencing) to businesses across Solano County. This position is a pure new-business development role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with local business decision-makers who are already spending on advertising. Once a qualified meeting is booked, NTV360's national sales team will assist with the close.  This role is built for someone who thrives on the hunt: opening doors, building pipeline, and creating first meetings and then following-through.  As an independent contractor, you’ll work your territory during “normal business hours,” using your own methods and schedule to hit and exceed your sales targets. Product training will be provided.

What You'll Do

•      Prospect and generate new business leads throughout Solano County via in-person visits, phone, and email outreach

•      Identify and qualify local business decision-makers already investing in advertising

•      Book qualified first meetings for NTV360's national sales team to help you close

•      Maintain consistent weekly contact volume and track meetings booked as leading indicators of pipeline health

•      Represent Local Leads Leader's DOOH and digital marketing offerings professionally in the field

•      Build and manage a territory pipeline using Monday.com, provided by the company

What We're Looking For

•      A self-starter who is energized by cold outreach and new business development (a true "hunter," not a farmer)

•      Prior outside sales, business development, or territory sales experience preferred (but not required)

•      Strong communication and rapport-building skills with small and mid-sized business owners

•      Comfortable with a commission-based, pay-for-performance structure

•      Reliable transportation for daily travel within Solano County

•      Able to operate independently, set your own schedule, and manage your own outreach methods within the territory

•     Responsible for your own vehicle and insurance. 

Compensation & Structure

•      Tiered commission (20%–25%) on net revenue after NTV360's management fee for each booked and closed client

•      4% cumulative trailing residual on booked accounts, capped at 24 months per client

•      1099 independent contractor engagement — paid via commission, with a base salary of $2,750 monthly.

•      No employee benefits

•      Mileage and mobile phone reimbursement

•      You control your own schedule, methods, and territory approach; deliverable is closed “new clients” each month and not hours worked.
