United Roofing & General Contractors is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in roofing and storm restoration throughout Kalamazoo and Southwest Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking

• Perform roof inspections

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process

• Manage projects from contract to completion

• Meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Sales or roofing experience preferred (training available)

Compensation: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually.
