Outside Sales Manager

Position: Outside Sales Manager

Duval Glass and Mirror is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Manager to lead growth in our Service and Residential product lines. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities through marketing, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

The Outside Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue and managing residential projects from initial consultation through installation. This position focuses on service and residential glass solutions including small storefront projects, glass replacements, mirrors, shower enclosures, shelving, restroom accessories, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Meet with clients to assess needs and recommend glass solutions and design options
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Accurately measure job sites and produce detailed estimates and quotes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property management companies, contractors, and industry partners
• Track sales activity, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sales background
• Experience in glazing or related construction products required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation required
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Drama-free, team-oriented mindset (we keep it professional and focused)
