- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Visit Customers daily - Follow the route the company offers - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales new customers and current customers - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds - Strong ability to sale and customer service - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
