Outside Sales Representative – Tile & Stone| Cincinnati, OH

A well-established building materials company in the Cincinnati area is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow relationships with high-end residential and commercial builders, landscapers, and architects. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced stone and tile sales professional ready to step into a warm book of business and build on it.

What You'll Do

• Call on high-end residential and commercial builders, landscapers, and architects across the Cincinnati market
• Manage and grow an established book of business provided on day one
• Represent a full product line including limestone, porcelain, granite, sandstone, and manufactured stone
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities

What You Bring

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in stone and tile
• Established relationships with builders, landscapers, or architects in the region a plus
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven approach to sales

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 (flexible based on experience)
• Total compensation target: $100,000+
• Mileage reimbursement
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Full benefits package (eligible after 90 days)
