Pro Resources is seeking Sale Reps. for a local roofing company located in Fort Wayne, IN. They are is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and working independently.

Outside Sales Representative
$60,000–$100,000 / year, commission-based • Flexible Schedule • Fort Wayne, IN
Responsibilities
Meet with customers in person and build strong relationships
Develop and maintain long-term customer connections
Present roofing solutions and guide customers through the sales process
Generate and close sales opportunities
Communicate professionally with customers throughout the process
Work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision
Be comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when necessary
Follow company processes and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with customers
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong sales and closing skills
Coachable, willing to learn, and growth-minded
Comfortable working independently
Must be comfortable climbing roofs
3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Roofing experience is not required – training is provided
