Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, First Shift
