What You’ll Do


This is a field-based, sales-driven role where your hustle directly impacts your income.


  • Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses daily to identify gasket issues and pitch our services 
  • Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to estimates, and convert interest into paid work 
  • Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism and urgency 
  • Stay Organized: Use Vonigo to track jobs and pipeline 
  • Stay Mobile: Travel throughout your territory using your own reliable vehicle 
 We provide full training on our sales process and products.


What We’re Looking For


  •  Comfortable prospecting in person daily (walking into businesses)
  •  Outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people 
  •  Sales experience (B2B or field sales preferred) 
  •  Tech-comfortable (apps, navigation, CRM tools) 
  •  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  •  Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens 
  •  Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
