We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Redding area.

Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying new B2B sales opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, offering high rewards for top performers who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, cold-call, and qualify new business leads within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored facility solutions to business owners and procurement managers.
• Maintain and grow sales volume within existing accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure long-term client retention.
• Meet or exceed mutually agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred (experience in industrial supplies, packaging, or janitorial products is a major plus).
• Strong self-motivation, time-management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel within the local territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
