Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Hybrid Sales Representative for a startup company. The Hybrid Sales Representative will be responsible for growing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, traveling to various businesses, and closing client deals. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating and delivering sales presentations, attending industry and networking events, negotiating, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, pursuasive, and results-driven individuals
- Must have reliable transportation and personal laptop/smartphone
Pay
Commission based. If you are good at sales you don’t need a salary, you need a juicy commission. Paid on a weekly basis.
Earning potential
$70,000-$200,000+
