Miller’s Textile Services is looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our customer base in the Northwest Ohio area. At Miller’s Textile Services, we provide Linen, Uniform, Floor Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental services to businesses across Ohio. For 80 years, our family-owned company has built its reputation around a simple mission: Show up on time, do what we say, finish what we start... and have fun doing it. This is a true new business sales role. While you’ll receive inbound leads and referrals, success requires consistent prospecting through cold calls, emails, door-to-door visits, networking, and time spent working your territory. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory. You’ll conduct needs and cost-benefit analyses, deliver presentations, recommend service solutions, and close multi-year service agreements. You’ll also manage your sales process from initial prospecting through new account onboarding. This includes maintaining consistent follow-up, keeping CRM activity and next steps current, and working closely with our Sales, Service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
