Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Akron, OH. This position is responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective clients, visiting job sites, and conducting in-person meetings with property owners, managers, and insurance professionals. Day-to-day tasks include delivering sales presentations, explaining restoration services, preparing estimates or proposals in collaboration with the operations team, and following up on leads to close opportunities. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing responsive customer service, and ensuring a positive client experience from first contact through project completion. The Outside Sales Representative will also track sales activities, update CRM or sales reports, and represent RPC Restoration Inc. at local events, networking functions, and industry gatherings.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction.

• Previous experience in outside sales, restoration, construction, insurance, or related fields is beneficial.

• Ability to travel locally within the Akron, OH area, visit job sites, and work in an on-site, client-facing environment.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related discipline is a plus.
