We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive regional growth by building strong customer relationships, providing product expertise, and supporting our dealers with sales and marketing materials.
This position is responsible for sales growth, customer relations, and supporting clients through regular visits, communication, and product knowledge. Travel required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow regional business and maintain customer relationships
- Manage existing dealers and develop new business
- Collaborate with internal sales teams
- Provide product knowledge, pricing, and support
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Use company-issued tablet for all work activities
- Use Connect Teams daily to clock in/out and track activity
- Maintain accurate time, mileage, and reporting
- Use Motive app for fuel (enter Employee ID and odometer)
- Comply with all tracking, reporting, and equipment policies
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Education and Experience:
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver License required
