WHAT THE ROLE IS
An energetic, customer-facing field sales position focused on identifying water quality issues and selling custom residential Water Filtration and Water Quality systems. You will be our "boots on the ground," using a highly effective, high-value tool—a free, in-home water quality test—to open doors, educate homeowners, and close deals right at the kitchen sink.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate Opportunities: Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods, introducing our brand and offering homeowners a free, no-obligation water quality test.
- Test & Educate: Perform live water tests in front of the homeowner to identify hardness, chlorine, and impurities, clearly explaining what is in their water and how it affects their home and health.
- Present & Close: Recommend and sell the right Sweetwater filtration, softening, and treatment systems to solve their specific water issues.
- Hit Your Goals: Meet weekly activity and sales targets, managing your daily pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
- Represent Sweetwater Plumbing's values of Honesty, Responsibility, and Betterment in every interaction
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Prior experience in sales within the trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction) preferred
- Plumbing knowledge or background is a plus, but not required
- Must be outgoing, self-motivated, and willing to drive to appointments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- 100% Commission-Based
