Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries
- Present and position a range of packaging and automation solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on consistent performance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven, measurable success with at least 5 years of sales experience in a related field
- Strong local market knowledge and established business relationships preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory
- Process-driven sales approach with the ability to articulate your methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
