Constellation’s goal is to empower businesses to make informed smart energy decisions that best meet their needs and budget. Outside Sales Representative RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet directly with business owners and decision makers to present solutions that improve their operations.This is a territory-based B2B sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new accounts.Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses within your territory
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
• Build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients
• Close new customer agreements
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
• Expected first-year earnings: $65k – $100k+

Qualifications

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• Typical schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend opportunities available depending on territory
